Before you buy
Do I need an account?
No. You buy with your email address only. Your order link arrives by email, and Find my order sends it again if you lose it.
Will my phone work?
Yes, if it’s an iPhone or Android phone with eSIM support that isn’t locked to a carrier. To check, look for Add eSIM in your phone’s cellular or mobile network settings.
How fast do I get my eSIM?
Within minutes of paying. Your QR code appears on your order page and arrives by email.
What does the price per GB mean?
It’s the plan’s total price divided by its data, so plans of different sizes compare fairly. The total price is what you pay.
What if my eSIM can’t be delivered?
If we can’t provision your eSIM, we refund you in full, automatically. The refund usually reaches your card within 3–5 business days and appears from Whop.
